We aim to collect, pack and ship your purchase within 24-48 hours of placing the order. Orders placed during the weekend will not be processed until the next working day. When you order products that are not in stock, the processing time can be up to 3 weeks.
Please do not use PO Box delivery addresses. Costa Brava Hotspots is not responsible for packages that are lost in transit or undergo unsuccessful delivery attempts for any reason.
The price of shipping is calculated on the checkout page and is regulated by the weight of the package. Before you have successfully placed your order, you can see which shipping rate will be added to your order.
Costa Brava Hotspots is not responsible for any delays or errors in shipping deliveries, including: customs delays, natural events, strikes/delays in air/ground transportation or overages to international carriers.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As much as we'd love to help you, logistically it's not possible to change or cancel an order once it's processed during checkout.
This means that no further changes can be made to your order after it has been processed, including but not limited to: removing and/or adding items to your order, combining orders or canceling your order.

Please note, unless the product is faulty we do not accept refunds. If you wish to return your order, we will give you a gift voucher for the amount of your purchase that you can use on another order
Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must be attached and in the original packaging. We do not accept returns of sale or promotional items. Costa Brava Hotspots is not responsible for packages that are lost during transport.
How to return:
Please send us the details along with images of proof of defective products to firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days of receipt.
Customers must ensure that all returned items are in the condition they were received, unused and in their original packaging.
Please use a secure, insured and tracked delivery service (such as Fedex, UPS, DHL or equivalent) as we cannot accept liability for items not received. Please note that all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

1.1 These General Terms and Conditions apply to all services, orders and all agreements relating to the sale and delivery of products through the Costa Brava Hotspots website.

2.1 The prices stated for the products and services offered are in Euros, including VAT.
2.2 All prices and rates mentioned on the website and mailing of Costa Brava Hotspots are subject to price changes and possible programming and typing errors.
Article 3. Payment
3.1 Payment can be made in the manner(s) as indicated during the ordering process. After placing and paying via iDEAL and PayPal, the customer will immediately receive a confirmation by e-mail about the order.
3.2 You can pay for orders via our webshop via iDEAL, PayPal and credit card. With a bank order by the customer, any transaction costs are always for the client of the transaction. The full purchase price is prepaid by the customer.
We acknowledge the importance of your privacy and will not share or disclose any of your information to third parties.

For example a hotel/restaurant that we reviewed can change it’s services or close - so please always inform directly at the venue as well as pre-booking your stay. With placing an order in our online store you agree on sharing your information with us. We are allowed to send you your product(s) after receiving the payment. You will receive an order confirmation email directly after your purchase, followed by a confirmation email with the link of the e-guide in it. When you purchase products offered through one of our websites or publications, we collect your payment information. We use this information to process your orders, to better serve you when you visit or contact us in the future, and to improve our product offerings.

- Each print is printed on premium fine art paper
- Shipping costs are excluded, you can expect 4-5 business days for printing, 4-5 business days for europe wide shipping. For world wide shipping you can expect up to 5-10 business days. Every print is shipped in a tube. The shipping costs include the insurance of delivery.
- Refunds will only be considered for special conditions and any clear fault or problem with your order, a refund will be given. For these matters you can contact us on mail with a clear picture and description of the fault. Return costs are not covered unless it's a fault from our side.
Exchanges and refunds
We cannot exchange or refund delivered items, such as our guides or prints. However, if you never received your product or received the wrong item, please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org email@example.com and we will resolve the issue. Should a product be subject to further conditions relating to its eligibility for a refund or exchange it will be advertised accordingly. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. This does not affect your statutory rights.
